Country Club is one of the state’s leading entertainment destinations. Our 18-hole championship golf course is currently under redevelopment, with the new park land style course hoped to be ranked within the top 100 courses in Australia. We are seeking experienced applicants to join the growing Greenkeeping Team at this exciting time.
In this role, you will develop and maintain the property’s golf course, grounds and gardens to a very high standard as part of the Greenkeeping team. This includes maintaining gardens and turf areas, planting, fertilising, irrigating, weeding and pruning; as well as operating and maintaining tools, equipment and machinery.
About You:
- Relevant horticultural experience and/or qualifications.
- Skilled in, and enjoy maintaining turf, grounds and gardens to a consistently high standard.
- Strong team player, able to work safely, independently, make decisions and show initiative.
- Current Tasmanian manual drivers licence.
This is a physically demanding position involving the operation of tools and machinery; successful candidates must satisfy a fitness for work assessment.
